JE & B Engineering, a women-owned small business (WOSB), has been providing quality assurance & quality control services throughout Southern California specializing in construction inspections and materials testing services. We service a wide array of private and public sector projects including educational, institutional, correctional, recreational, administrative and healthcare facilities. We thrive for a pro-active inspection approach thus minimizing potential delays and consequential costs. 

JE & B’s construction experience is diverse and in-depth, with over 40 years of combined staff experience in construction, engineering, project management, inspection and quality control testing. We presently maintain a pool of over 50 professional construction inspectors who are certified and deputized by the major authorities and jurisdictions, such as DSA, ICBO, AWS, City of Los Angeles, City of San Diego, and County of Los Angeles. Our team of experienced and qualified testing personnel and our complete line of material laboratory testing equipment enables us to offer our clients a full range of services during the construction phase of the project.
